How to cook coffee sherbet

Warm the water in a small pot, mix sugar, boil one or two minutes. Boil coffee with 3 spoon coffee and 300 ml of water, add also the cinnamon. Mix the coffee with syrup and leave to cool. Fill the sherbet in the metal pot and put into the fridge. Garnish with whipped cream before serving.
