Potato with chess and mushroom
Dietitians offer to refuse fried potato, but it isn't so easy. We offer to add mushroom as well on the fried potato and make it a separate dish but not only an appetizer.
How to cook potato with chess and mushroom
Cut peeled potatoes into cubes with the size of 1 sm, fry with 2 table spoon of oil and fry for 15 minutes and mix it often. As soon as it is ready remove on plate, spice with salt, pepper, dry apricot and mix it. Don't spice potato during frying process, as because of salt it produces liquid and instead of frying it would stew. Add 2 more olive oil into the pan, fry the mushroom sliced into not big pieces, add salt and pepper in 5 minutes. Replace the potato into the on, sprinkle grated cheese on it, put on the lid, leave on the low medium fire until cheese is ready, sprinkle on it small cut parsley and serve on.
