How to cook rice with lemon and tomato
Mix the onion and tomato by food mixer (processor) until it will become puree. Pour 2 teaspoon oil into the frying pan, then add rice and roast until it’ll become golden. Add garlic, hot pepper and leave for 1 min, then pour the tomato and onion mixture, water and salt. Close the lid and cook for 10 -15 min. Pour sliced coriander on it, squeeze lemon juice and serve.
