How to cook rice with dries and pistachios
Boil the water. Thaw butter in a separate pot, fry onion. Add salt, pepper, sugar, cinnamon, pour sliced pistachio and mix, then add the dried cherries, fry for 2 min. Pour boiled water and rice, cover with lid and cook on light fire for 30 min or an hour. Take from oven, remove the lid, turn plate on the pot and drastically invert the mass onto a plate and carefully remove the pot.
