How to cook pasta with tomato sauce
Stew into the deep pot small cut carrot, celery stalk, onion and garlic with olive oil for 5 minutes add salt and freshly minced black pepper, add parsley and 1,5 tea spoon oregano and stew for more 4-5 minutes, then add thick juice of tomato and red wine, mix it, lower the fire and cook for 15 minutes. During this period cook the pasta into the salted water. Add spicy ketchup, put the rest of the oregano, water free macaroni and mix them. Put the dish on the deep plate, grate cheese on it.
