How to cook lazanya with lavash and eggplant
Make long slices form eggplants. Fry with olive oil the sliced garlic, remove them into the plate, fry eggplant slices with spiced olive oil, remove into the napkin. Take stove pan with teh size of 18*25, cut slices from lavash with the same size. Cut onion into thin hal circles, fry them remove into the plate. Cut tomatos into circuses, fry slightly from one side, grate the cheese. Put a slice of lavash on the oiled stove pan, spread fried onion,sliced of eggplant, sprinkle cut greens on it, and add grated cheese, and put one more slice of lavahs, add on it tomato slices, onion, greens, then sprinkle cheese, repeat once more then end with the slices of lavash- cheese- lavash and end the shaping process of hot dish, put into the stove under 1800 temperature for 20 minutes, take off the stove, turn on the desk, cut into pieces and serve on.
