How to cook beetroot with orange sauce
Cut onion into four parts. Put a grain of clove on each part. Put the onion into the boiler and pour milk on it. Add bay leaf, grain pepper, nutmeg and the half of the grated orange peel. Cook the mass on the lowered fire. Take off and leave it to stay in this way foe a while. Boil water into a small boiler add salt and cook 6 small beetroots in that boiler for half an hour. Put the rest of the orange peels into a small boiler, add water on it, boil, squeeze again pour water on it and cook for 15 minutes. Put on the strainer. Make the sauce. Melt the butter, add flour and roast for 1-2 minutes. Pour the meat with a thin jet, add fresh squeezed orange juice and cinnamon. Put on the fire and cook again stir constantly until there will be a homogeneous mass. Clean the boiled beetroot, cut into thin circles and place on a flat plate. Add on it orange sauce. Cut like sticks the squeezed peels of the orange and serve on with beetroots.
