How to cook cake appetizer
Grate frozen butter, add flour, sour cream, an egg, sugar, baking soda and stir quickly. Split the dough into 4 equal portions. Spread each one, flour, pierce with a fork. Flour the pan, bake each layer for 5-10 minutes at 200°C. Take it out from the oven, cut the edges, fritter. Make 3 different fillings. Grate cheese in small pieces for the first one, stir 2 spoons mayonnaise. The second filling is conserved fish: rumple with the liquid inside the tin with a fork. For the third filling grate boiled eggs, stir 2 spoons mayonnaise. Apply the cheese filling on the first layer. Put the second one, do ot press. Appy the fish filling, cover with the third layer, apply the egg filling. Place the fourth layer, apply mayonnaise on it and on the sides, too. Pour little crumbs of dough, refridgerate for a few hours. Add garlic or green onion by preference.
