How to cook grandmother’s clews
Wash mushrooms, cut, fry with onion. Whisk three eggs and make omlette. Cut into small pieces and stir with mushrooms. Add also finely chopped greens. Add grated onion, a little butter, spices, salt and pepper to the chicken. You may add hercules oatmeal cooked with milk, it will be more watery. Spread the dough, chop into thin slices. Smooth the chicken filling by hand, put some omlette in it, close and round up, wrap thin, thread-like layers of the dough. Put into the whipped eggs, then into sesame. Place foil on the pan,lay the balls, bake in 180°C for 40 minutes.
