How to cook broth with mushroom
Cut the mushrooms. Chop the onions,halve. Fry together in butter, add salt and pepper. Put the layers of bread into the egg and fry. Roast flourin the pan, add butter, milk and stir till it becomes a homogeneous mass. Boil 5 minutes. Allow to cool, stir with the mushtoom, add the whipped egg. Place the fried breadin the pan, you may put foil on it or just grease. Place the mushroom mass on the bread. Pour grated cheese on it and cook till the skin becomes red.
