Melina
There are many dishes in Bulgarian cuisine which are made of dough, curd or cheese , before those dishes were made in the ovens or into the ashes, but now into the stove. Now we offer one of them.

How to cook melina
Break one egg into the pan, add matcun, add salt and mix add flour so as there be a solid dough, knead it well, divide into 4 parts, make balls and cover them.
Mash the curd, so as it look like a crumb, add 2 yolk on it and mix it. Scrape butter on the sampler, make slighty gathers, sprinkle on it the 1/4th of the curd, sprinkle sugar, while as a roll, and spin it like a rope, then give the shape of helix from the middle part of the pan. Arrange the rest of the balls, continue to give the shape of , scrape butter on it. Mix two egg proteins and three eggs on the pot, 0,5 cup of sugar, vanilla and add sour cream and mix them all. Put on the sauce on the melina, cook under 1800 temperature for 40-45 minutes.
