How to cook pie with lavash and cheese
Stir yoghurt and egg, grate the cheese. Place a layer of lavash on the table. Grease the pan well, place the layers of lavash in sauce. Then put them in the oven, add cottage cheese, chopped green onion, cheese. Repeat till the layers and filling end. Apply the rest of the yoghurt on the last layer. Put it in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
