How to cook biscuits with potato
Clean potatoes and boil in brine. Freeze and scrape. Grate cheese as well. Add soft butter, yolk, flour and salt. Mix well and put in the fridge for an hour. Divide into 16 parts, roll out every part thin. Put the dough on each other and roll out again. Scrape on it whipped whites, sprinkle salt and grated cheese. Cut the dough square and bake in oven at 180 degree for twenty minutes.
