How to cook ajarian khachapuri
Sift the flour and divided into three parts. Add to each part yeast opened lukewarm water, knead dough, leave for 3-4 hours. Mix salt and sugar to the lukewarm water, pour on the received dough, add the remaining two parts of dough too and make a middle solid dough. Leave to grow and knead again, leave for an hour. Knead again , divide the dough into about 200 gram balls. Open each ball and shape like boat. Mix the fresh cheese and egg, pour into the deep part of boat and bake in oven for 10-12 minutes. Take out from the oven, break an egg on it and paste into the oven again for 3-5 minutes. Put a piece of butter on it and serve hot .
