How to cook vienna bread rings
Mix sugar and butter which is placed in the room temperature, mix until butter becomes white add yolk, vanilla, continue to mix then partially add flour , knead with hands, there should be elastic dough which won't touch on your hands. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts, whip the small dough ball with food membrane and put into the fridge for 10 minutes, hen open the big ball with 5 mm of thickness, raise the edges a little and spread jam on the surface. Turn on the stove under 1800 temperature. Take off the dough ball from the fridge, grate it with the help of big hole scrapper and grate on the jam. Put the pan into the hot stove, cook for 20-25 minutes until it becomes pink. Cut while serving, sprinkle sugar dust.
