How to cook quince pie
Warm the oven to 180° С. Prepare kernel. Clean the quince and hackle medium-sized cubes. Thaw the butter in the pan add sugar, quince, cinnamon mix and close the cover. Boil, decrease the temperature, stew for about 15 minutes. Excess liquid will parch but the kernel will stay fruity. Leave the kernel to cool. Open the dough and hackle rings. Grease muffin dishes and put dough. Pour kernel into the dough. Open the rest of the dough hackle 'lids' and fix the edges. Make a cross-section on the pie so that the steam comes out. One can scrape an egg on it. Bake for 25-35 minutes until it will redden. After cooling strew powdered sugar and serve.
