How to cook cookies for tea
Mix sugar with the margarine soften under the room temperature. Sprinkle with salt, break eggs and mix with margarine. Sift the flour with the baking powder and a little water (2-3 tablespoons) and mix with other products. Knead a dough. Cover it and put in a warm place for two three hours. The dough should rise twice. Three hours later knead the dough again and divide into two pieces. Sprinkle the sugar on the table and open the dough. Cover the pan with oil or just sprinkle flour. Fry the dough under 180°С heat for 15 minutes. In order not to dry out underneath of the dough we can put a fireproof container filled with water on the bottom of the oven. While opening the dough we may sprinkle cinnamon or pastel nuts on the table. Keep in a lockable pot.
