Bun with raisins

How to cook bun with raisins
Boil 150 g milk and mix 20 g yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons flour. Leave the received mixture in a warm place for 20 minutes. Sift the remaining flour, so the dough rises better. Pour the sifted flour into a deep bowl, make a hole in it and pour the yeast. Add 100g of sugar, one egg and grated skin of lemon. Mix with mixer and add a little salt. Knead the dough by hand. After good mixing add 120g pitted raisins into the dough, 50g butter and knead again. Cover the table with flour and knead until it becomes a homogenous dough. Open the dough and shape like a donut. Leave the dough an hour covering by a napkin. Divide the donut into 16 portions, shape buns and align in oiled frying pan. Leave for another 20 minutes in a covered condition. Beat eggs and scrape on buns. Sprinkle sugar on buns and put into the oven for twenty minutes. When the buns receive golden rind, they are ready. Remove from oven, leave to cool and serve with tea, coffee or milk.
