How to cook “armmenu” cookies
Whisk the egg, add sugar little by little. Whisk until becomes white mass. Mix the vanilla to the egg. Take out the butter beforehand, leave to soften, chop and whisk with the egg mass. When becomes homogeneous mass, gradually add flour. It will become soft dough. Sprinkle flour on pan. Divide the dough into two parts. Flatten with hands, give rectangle shape. Garnish with fork and scrape whisked yolk on it. Bake at 180 C for 20-30 minutes. Then take out, divide into long rods and turn, so that the white parts look up, put in oven. After five minutes take out again, turn to the other side and leave for two minutes. Take out, leave to cold and serve with tea.
