How to cook almond croissants
For almond paste mix a cup of minced almonds, an egg white, half cup sugar and two spoons melted butter. Mix the paste in the combine, add sugar, butter and mix well. Also mix lemon peel, flour, close the lid and put in the fridge. Warm the oven to 200C. Cover the pan with oil (baking) paper. Open the dough and divide into 6 rectangles. Share into triangular every rectangular. Put a spoon of the core on each one, spread on the surface. Roll starting from the large part. Align the croissants on the pan. Whisk egg, add milk and scrape on the dough. Sprinkle almond chip on it. Bake for 15-20min, leave 5min to cold, sprinkle sugar powder and serve.
