How to cook cake “ideal”
Separate egg-whites from yolks and whisk until it becomes a thick mass. Stir the honey and sugar, add the yolks, vanilla and whisk for another 1-2 minutes. Add flour and baking soda dissolved in vinegar to the whipped mass. Stir and add the egg-whites. Pour the dough in greased and floured pan. Bake it for 25 minutes at 180°C. Whip the butter of the cream, add the boiled condensed milk. Whip the butter, cocoa and sugar for the glaze, heat the mixture on the steam until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Separate the baked dough into 3 horizontally cut layers, pile on one another. Cover the cake with glaze. Decorate it with nuts and raisins.
