Split the dough into 6-8 parts, open them as thin as possible. Cut in circles. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C. Heat the milk of the cream, do not boil. Whisk the egg with sugar, add vanilla. Add 40g flour, stir it in continuously. Add the cheese, too, whisk it very well. Add the mass to the milk stirring contionuously. Whisk very well and allow to cool. “Pile” the cake layer by layer.Cover each layer with cream, and put the next one. Decorate it to your taste.
