How to cook cake “margarita”
Separate the yolks from the egg-whites, whisk with sugar till it becomes thick cream. Add flour and starch, stir well, add one lime peel. Pour the dough in the greased pan only the ¾ part, bake it for 30 minutes at 180°-200°C. Allow to cool. For the cream whisk the butter with condensed milk and coffee. Split the dough into two parts, apply the cream, pile the layers on each other. Cover the whole cake with cream and decorate to yout taste.
