How to cook cake “kara-kum”
Mix all food except flour and put on steam. Mix constantly and warm. When the mass increases, take out of fire, leave to cold and fill as much flour as it becomes hard dough. Divide into balls, knead to make it round and bake for 2-3min until reddens. Sprinkle flour on the frying pan before putting the dough. Make cream with sour cream; whisk 200 g sour cream with a cup of sugar and add vanilla. Decorate with grated chocolate, walnut, cinnamon and sugar powder.
