How to cook cake “antoshka”
Separate the egg-whites from yolks, whisk till it becomes thick. Whisk the yolks with sugar, carefully stir into the egg-white. Add flour little by little, stir carefully to get a homogeneous mass. You may bake two layers instead of one using 12 and 6 eggs. Bake it at 180°C. Stick a toothpick into the dough, if it comes out clean, it is ready. Divide the layers of the cake. Rub the strawberries ,make it a mash, stir into the half of sugar powder. Apply it on the lower layer. Let it soak a little. Whisk the cream till it thickens. Add sugar powder if needed. Apply the whipped cream on the layer covered with mash. Put the other layer on it. Cover it with cream, put the next layer. Apply the mixture of raspberry and sugar powder on it. Cover it with cream, put the last layer. Cover the whole cake with whipped cream. Decorate it with strawberries and grains of raspberry.
