How to cook caramel stick
Mix water with sugar and pour into a little boiler. Add lemon juice and put on the fire. Cook until it is thick. Mass should be light brown. Then take off the fire mix for 30 seconds fill in made shells which are oiled by vegetable oil beforehand. Put a stick on each of them. Leave it unmoved to freeze. It is approximately the same as our childhood shakaraklorn. It can be used as cake decorations as well.
