How to cook zephyr cake
Devide the zephyrs, cut off the upper parts. Wet the dried apricots in tepid water for 5-10 minutes. Whisk sour cream with sugar. Put the zephyr and dried fruits layer by layer, pour nuts and apply the sour cream. As the last layer put the cut “tops” of zephyrs. Decorate it with whipped cream and fruits. Keep it in the fridge for an hour.
